Ski Passion in Châtel
8-13 years old
Come and discover the joys of skiing in Winter!
This stay will allow children to learn or improve their skills in Alpine Skiing with the passage of tests during the last session with the ESF instructors. But also on the program Skating rink, snow games, walks in the forest...
Activities program
Initiation or improvement in Alpine Skiing
(3 afternoons + 2 full days on the slopes with picnic, 5 ESF sessions)
The children will practice skiing according to their level and their rhythm. The discovery or improvement of skiing will be supervised by the resort's qualified instructors. The objective will be for children to learn and progress with friends, in a good mood, with an adapted program.
Discovery of the Mountain in Winter
- Ice rink in Châtel (1 session): Located next to Lake Vonnes, children will discover the pleasure of skating on this artificial and discovery ice rink.
- Snow games (2 sessions): The children will take up the challenge of the most beautiful snowman. Snowball fights, tobogganing, building an igloo will not be forgotten.
- Visit of Mr. Mouthon's farm (2 hours): Discovery of the artisanal production of Abondance cheese on the farm, respecting the traditions of pastoralism.
- Walk in the forest (1 session). The children will discover the winter environment, enjoy the calm of the forest and discover the tracks of animals in the snow.
Evenings (an evening is offered every evening for children)
- Knowledge and expression games (1st evening),
- Tales of the Alpage,
- Lantern descent show (Crêt Béni station)
- Boom and birthdays.

Passing the tests planned as part of the last session with the ESF.

Transportation
For all the proposed departure cities, the children will travel by train to Thônon Les Bains or Annemasse station, then by bus to the centre.

Chalet The Rising Sun

Young people will enjoy unspoiled nature, a source of wonder. The recently renovated Chalet Le Soleil Levant offers young people an excellent quality of comfort and catering. It is located at the entrance to the village of Châtel.
